The founders believe that education is an equaliser in helping the underprivileged break out of the poverty cycle. The Foundation was born out of the vision of ECM Libra Group founding partners – Dato’ Seri Kalimullah bin Masheerul Hassan, Dato’ Lim Kian Onn and Dato’ David Chua Ming Huat – to uplift the poor through education.
